Returns and Exchanges
All returns require a Return Authorization form and must be included with the Product Return Shipment.
Refunds:
We do offer refunds from products purchased through one of our authorized dealers. Returns must be shipped back to whom you purchased the product from.
Product Exchange:
Proof of purchase is require on all product exchange requests and must be approved by SD Lighting directly.
- Product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided each item is in it's original packaging, with freight prepaid by you. All orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further inquiry.
- If you are returning a product because of an error made by us (we sent you the wrong item or quantity), return the product to us within 10 days of delivery, in the original packaging for a full refund. We will send out a return label or reimburse for the shipping costs.
- If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreement, return the product to us within 10 days of delivery, in the original packaging and unused, with freight prepaid by you.
-Returns sent without an RA form will NOT be processed.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT
-Email info@sdlightingaz.com, ***DO NOT SEND IN PRODUCT UNTIL SD LIGHTING APPROVES FOR RETURN.
-A SD Lighting customer service representative will contact you with and provide an RA number, and Return Authorization Form.
-Package items and include Return Authorization form in package with your return. Use the RA number as a reference on shipping label.
